ZC Disperser for High Speed Powder Dispersion
Single Pass Dispersion of Difficult to Wet Powders
The Quadro Ytron® ZC high speed disperser is designed to incorporate and disperse difficult to wet powders into a liquid stream with ease. The unique design of the ZC’s powder dispersion tooling and reactor head provides for intense shearing of powders in a single pass prior to hydration, producing homogeneous powder dispersions that are completely free of lumps and fish-eyes.
The ZC high speed disperser creates a near perfect vacuum for powder dispersion, permitting in-line concentrations up to 25% by weight to be generated in a single pass with minimal air entrainment. Because powder is completely hydrated after passing through the disperser, product yield is maximized and wastage is reduced or eliminated.

New ZC-EZfeed Ergonomic Powder Disperser
A new available option for the ZC Disperser now enables an ergonomic dump table to be integrated into the design. The improved ergonomics provide a large enough surface to stage bags of powder for subsequent dispersion, while the stainless steel construction and gasketed hopper design are well suited to wash down duty environments and sanitary processing.
Unique maintenance friendly features such as the tool-less COP disassembly and one-handed base adjustment for the machines, allow frequently cleaned items such as the powder hopper to be removed or replaced with ease. While the heart of the disperser and the product contact areas below the powder valve can be left connected to your mixing system and easily cleaned with a typical CIP process.
