N-Line/Batch Emulsifier Improves Quality

The Quadro Ytron^® Z Emulsifier delivers unparalleled consistency and control of high-shear processes such as coarse dispersion and wet grinding, fine solids dispersion and immiscible phase emulsifying/homogenizing. Incorporating up to three (3) sets of toothed rotor/stators, engineered to extremely fine radial tolerances, the Z Emulsifier processes product at high differential velocities, as many as eighteen (18) times in a single-pass. The result is consistent, repeatable quality at capacities exceeding those of conventional multiple-pass technologies, such as in-tank high-shear mixers, colloid mills and shear pumps.

 

The sanitary housing design allows for both quick inspection/dismantling and CIP cleaning. Four (4) scalable models are available with flow rates of up to 300 gpm.
